Boys in grades 8-12 who are interested in playing basketball in the 2026-26 winter season are invited to attend our Basketball Open Run and meet our new Head Boy's Varsity Basketball Coach!

ABOUT COUCH WHITEHURST:
Coach Deaunta Whitehurst is a basketball coach, trainer, and mentor with over 8 years of experience developing athletes from the youth level through elite 17U competition.  As the Founder and Director of Richmond Magic Basketball and head coach of the Richmond Magic 17U boys team, he is dedicated to helping players maximize their potential through skill development leadership discipline and college exposure opportunities.  His mission is to develop high character student-athletes who excel on the court in the classroom and within their communities.
