Cross Country Starts

WHEN: August 21, 2026 @ 3:15-4:15
WHO: 6th-12 grade students

We will have our first co-ed cross country practice for 6th-12th graders from 315pm-415pm on Friday, August 21.  

If you would like to participate, please come to the gym directly after school.   Pick up is 4:15pm at the gym.
This is a great way to get in shape for the winter sports season!

Things to bring:

1. Running clothes (shorts/ t-shirt)
2. Running Shoes
3. Water Bottle 

Reminders:

1. Please plan to get a sports physical done, if you haven't done so already.  Use the VISAA form attached to get it done.  (pages 3 and 6 need a doctors signature- the other pages are filled out by your guardian)
