We’ve got you covered! GCA Preschool will be hosting a Parent’s Night Out on Thursday, December 18th from 6:00–8:00 PM. Bring your children for a fun-filled evening of crafts, Christmas movies, snacks, and holiday fun—all for $25 per child. This event is open to children ages 2 through 12. Even if your own children are too old to attend, please help us spread the word! This event is open not just to our GCA family, but to the community as well. Special Alumni Recognition: All alumni in attendance will be introduced between the JV Girls and JV Boys games. We can’t wait to celebrate those who helped build the legacy of our program! Alumni Game – Saturday, Dec 20th at 10am Homecoming Week wraps up with our annual Alumni Game in the gym on Saturday! More details are coming soon, but mark your calendars now—you won’t want to miss it! We look forward to a week full of school pride, holiday spirit, and community fun. TIME: TBA WHERE: GCA/Southside Campus WHO: Open to the Community / All ages COST: $10 per person Spread the word! Santa and his friends are on their way to RVA to spread Christmas cheer and the Good News of the greatest gift ever given! Invite your friends and bring your family to experience an hour long visit of Santa Land. This interactive event will transport you and your family through Santa Land, a delightful village full of fun! During your visit some of the friendly elves will guide you through all the sights! You will stop by and help Mrs. Claus in her kitchen (and even taste one of her delicious cookies!), visit the North Pole Post Office where the elves are busy sorting all of Santa's mail - it's not too late to send him a letter yourself, then see the Toy Shop where new toys are dreamed up - you may even be asked to join a indoor snowball fight! And of course, before you go, you'll want to visit Santa for a visit and photograph! He is looking forward to visiting with each of you! WHERE: Southside Church Chester Campus WHO: 8th grade students Note: Due to our snow days, this project day is postpone to a future date. Our 8th grade class will be serving the community through Southside Church's Food Pantry and Christmas Toy Closet! This is a community outreach in which students will be able to help pick out toys and wrap presents for families in need this Christmas season.
