Members of our senior class will be leading our Quarter 4 Service Project as part of the service component of their Senior Thesis Project.

PROJECT #1: Bible Collection (Prison Ministry)

Organized by Jaxon
We will be collecting Bibles to donate to Chapel's prison ministry. Jaxon will visit each secondary class to explain why he is collecting the Bibles. Following that short lesson, he will have them write notes to insert in the Bibles to let the inmates know they are valued and loved. Students are encouraged to provide easily read versions of the Bible such as NIV, NIRV, ESV, etc. excluding other versions such as KJV. Thank you for your support by putting God’s Word into the hands of those who need to hear of God’s great love for them!

PROJECT #2: Clothing Collection (Mercy Mall)
Organized by J'adrore

J’adore will be collecting clothing items in collaboration with Mercy Mall. Students may bring in seasonal new or gently used adult or children’s clothing, NEW undergarments, or NEW socks.  Mercy Mall of Virginia is a nonprofit organization serving individuals and families experiencing crisis by providing essential items, practical support, and compassionate care.

COLLECTION DAYS:
Tuesdays – send smaller items in with your student to their homeroom to be collected by the seniors.

Thursdays – drop off larger items (bags) in the afternoon carline to our seniors.
